The classic white color used throughout most of the home brings together the modern aesthetic that's both trendy and timeless. Each bedroom showcases unique theme walls to wallpaper, from bold to subtle, to create an overall stylish home. We especially admire the Magnolia theme wall to the master bedroom in a muted green color, called Cornwall Slate (*SW9131), which brings a calming feel to the space.

For example, the tile to the master bath shower provides a touch of luxury and glam to the room, while the neutral bathroom tile flooring complements the space. You can't go wrong with classic white quartz featuring gray graining that looks similar to marble. This gives a clean and simple appeal to the kitchen, that most of us all love due to its bright appearance.

Looking to feature your glassware in your kitchen? Opt for open shelving for your glassware to additional decor, while you keep the lower cabinets traditional. We chose light colors to our Sumac kitchen, to keep the space looking fresh and bright, with cream colored cabinets and natural wood looking open shelves. The furniture pops to the design selections chosen, creating the perfect contrast to the details.

Flooring plays an important role to any home and was thoughtfully chosen for this model home. We picked a comfortable, textured carpet for the bedrooms and basement, while the main living area has a durable and stylish laminate, which is easy to maintain and clean.
