We were honored to participate in the St. George Parade of Homes 2021, February 12th through 21st, by featuring our new Sedona model home to the Desert Color master-planned community. With excitement, we'd like to share a brief recap just in case you happened to miss all the fun! From showcasing some rooms in the model home to hosting a few amazing giveaways! Browse below.
Our Sedona model home in Desert Color has a stunning modern elevation to complement the beautiful desert landscape that St. George has to offer. In the Desert Color community, we have single-family homes, townhomes, and condos (coming soon!).
In celebration of our new model home being featured during the St. George Parade of Homes we hosted a massive giveaway to give 1 lucky winner everything (@xoxojordie) by teaming up with some of the best local brands, shops, and companies!

We also ran a giveaway partnering with First Colony Homes to give a lucky winner a paddleboard and another winner a Traeger Grill, hosted in the garage of the model home -- and gave away customized socks for free!
On social and the blog, we showcased the beautiful entryway to the model home!

We featured the backyard to the model home, which has incredible views of the St. George landscape. With everything from a fire pit to various seating areas and tables for outdoor living at it's finest!
We reposted this beautiful view of the Desert Color The Shores Resort Amenity Center in St. George, which includes some amazing amenities from a manmade lagoon for kayaking and paddleboarding to a pool and eatery coming soon.
